If an item is defective it may be returned within 14 days of the date it was received. After this time it must be returned to the manufacturer as they are the provider of the warranty.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We will provide a replacement item or a refund, depending upon on our inventory.
Returned units found to be in working order will be returned to the buyer.
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
